This is wild! Thru neck construction. Active electronics. One neck 6 string guitar, and the other bass. Obvious Alembic influence. Similarities to Ibanez Musicians of the late 70s/early 80s.

I am seeing zebra wood/walnut/maple construction.

Wild guitar and probably not many made.

Fernandes FAGS-240W 6 & 4 Strings Double Neck Electric Guitar w/Accessories

Up for sale today

This is a double neck model of the FAG series made by Fernandes and released in the early 80's. The FAG series is a series made with Alembic in mind.

There is a double neck of "FAG-240W" in the catalog at that time, but it is a model only for 6-string & 12-string guitars.

This is a 6-string & 4-string guitar and bass model, and it is said that it will be an order outside the catalog and a custom-made product according to the musical instrument store. Probably only one super valuable model in the world.

A genuine Fernandez power supply similar to the original one is also included, and it seems that a dedicated cable was newly created (created by a repair shop). Even if this series comes on the market, there are many cases where there is no power supply & cable, and that in many cases, the PU etc. are replaced to make it passive.

The easy-to-disappear head logo remains firmly.

The rear PU on the guitar side is not responding. (Confirm by poking with a tuning fork) Just probably the front side? Even if the selector is set to the rear side, the output is weak and the sound is coming out. In that case, noise will be heard.

In the description of masking tape, the selector knob should be F, FR, R, but there are 4 steps, and there is another step on the R side, and when you turn it to that side, the sound disappears (switch to turn off?)

The Vol & Tone & mini switch on the front side has been confirmed to work, but there are places where it is difficult to understand the effect because the mini switch has three stages.

Connect the power supply and "BASS (MONO) ) ”Is inserted in the shield and the sound output has been confirmed, and when you connect the“ Treble” to another amplifier, the sound on the rear side seems to come out from there. If you put two 9V batteries on the back side, you can make sound without a power supply.

Weight is about 6.7 kg/ 14.77 lbs.

There maybe adjustment and repairs to be done.

The accessories do not have the manufacturer's logo, but are probably genuine hard cases, power supplies, and dedicated cables. (With key)

There are deterioration of guitar parts but it is in good condition.

The metal parts has signs of usability. See image #6.

There are signs of used.

Please inspect pictures for condition reference.

The horns and white pickup covers remind me of some of the Greco GO series guitars.
