Hi there,
I'm going to buy a Greco guitar but I'm not sure of the origin. I would need to find out if the guitar was made in Japan and in what year. According to the serial number, it could be 1982, but what i was looking for on the web mint series had the open letter "'O"' in the logo Greco. This Greco has the closed letter "O". Could you help me?
I'm sending some pictures

Thank you

Lots of useful stuff on this website including catalogues for 82 as yours is an 82 model EG450 mij

Page7 I think https://www.vintagejapanguitars.com.br/en/greco-1982-mint-collection-catalogue/

That's a beauty ..... I think that Greco had some of the most gorgeous bursts (particularly the plaintops) during the Super Real / Mint Collection era EG's. I love the Screamin 82 pickups too...... man, they have really shot up in pricing.
