These were generically called "LS B Type" in the catalogs before 1981.

In 1981 they are called "LS Hot".

In 1982 the LS60 pickups are called "MK1".

Base plate is stamped with a "D".

From the 1981 Arch Top catalog:

LS Hot:

"The LS hot is ranked among the highest quality domestically produced PU open type, with an impressive cream bobbin. Adjustable pole pieces are set on both double coils, and the volume can be adjusted freely with a screwdriver. It's great to be able to adjust it to your liking. It's your Udere to master everything from hot distortion sounds to mellow sounds.Having hot power and mounted on the LS60".
