Seems like most of the ones I have seen are TST55L or TST60L. Essentially a TST50 + 5,000 yen for lefty + 5,000 if it is a premium or custom color.

I noticed that in 1981 they offered lefty versions of their flat top guitars.

"we are currently producing left-handed guitars for the entire series"

By 1982 they clearly say that they are not making left hand guitars.

"Currently, Tokai does not make any left guitar."
