Out of a 2017 LS128F

Tokai Mk II PAF Set w/ Nickel cover 2017 Mk2-S | Reverb

Tokai MkII-S PAF Neck and Bridge pickups in great condition.
Taken straight out of my 2017 Tokai LS128F.
These are the newer, hotter Mk2 PAFs made by Tokai.
Bridge measures ~14k, neck measures ~9k.

2022 Tokai Love Rock LS148F OBB Ocean Blue Burst Flame Top, Mint Condition w/ Hangtag, Japan

The stock pair of MK2-S PAF humbuckers have a range of defined, clear tonalities, offering ample muscle. Despite their "PAF" name, these humbuckers are akin to the higher gain pickup pairings of many of Gibson's modern LP Standards, and the bridge pickup meters at a whopping 14k ohms, while the neck pickup reads at 9k. Each position on the three-way switch is distinct, with a rich, roaring quality at the bridge, and a bold, smooth neck pickup.

2022 MK2-S

Tokai MK2S PAF Humbuckers -2022 Made in Japan | Reverb

These are literally Brand New but I can't call them that because they came out of a brand new MIJ Tokai Love Rock.
Plastic is still on them!
These MK2S PAF's are legendary and have been around for decades with many revisions.
These are definitely PAF style pickups but are pretty hot. The bridge is around 14k and the neck around 9.5k.
Yet they do NOT sound muddy, they retain that PAF clarity. just with a lot of punch!
Great pickups and would be a great upgrade for your Epiphone Les Paul, they have a lot more clarity and output than the Epiphone ProBuckers. Leads have not been cut and are full length.
No mounting hardware included but if you need them I can probably find a set of mounting screws in my parts bin for you.

Neck: 9.2k
Bridge: 14.1k

Odd to see a ROHS label and plastic lead wires on these.

This Heritage Series is odd as well. They are assembled in Japan... Supposedly circa 2013, so assume parts cut in China which explains the ROHS label. Heritage Series?

Up for sale, a 2010s Tokai Heritage Series Love Rock Standard model TLS-1 in near-mint condition and in perfect working order. Made in Japan, tonewoods include a solid mahogany body with a bookmatched figured tiger maple veneer on the carved maple cap, and a mahogany neck with a bound rosewood fretboard.

Despite their "PAF" marketing, the MK2 humbuckers are akin to the higher gain pickup pairings of many of Gibson's modern LP Standards, and the bridge pickup meters at a whopping 14.1k ohms, while the neck pickup reads 9.2k. Each position on the three-way switch is distinct, with a rich, roaring quality at the bridge, and a bold, smooth neck pickup. The guitar weighs 9lbs 6oz, benefitting from a professional setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and spot-on intonation.
