Been offered a Tokai, purportedly a "1986 Silver Star" Strat style, vintage tobacco in appearance.

Anyone confirm the serial number matches the claim?

Probably looks something like this SS60.

And I think what was intended here is to say a copy of a "1976 Model" CBS era Strat, not 1986.
