That number is the price, 58,000 yen when it was new. 431 euros at today's exchange rate.
The "A" in ALS typically refers to the American version, so it has the "export dimple" in the headstock so it can be sold in markets where Gibson has some rights over the open book design.
Based on the serial number it was made in China in 2016.
Maple neck. Probably has a scarf joint towards the end of the neck? Maybe the heel too?

The Tokai Traditional series are the first "China made" production guitars made by Tokai.
All models are build with the same kind of woods that we all know for the original Japan models. So, Mahogany body's with Maple tops and Maple necks and the best hardware and pick-ups. All based on the originals!
All build in China by the Tokai Japan company.
