I'm looking for a bit of feedback and I know that it will probably annoy the purists out there but listen to the story.
I posted a post earlier this year about buying a super real strat that was only a super real neck which had been bolted onto a one piece ash body with a brand new pick up unit.
After being missled I decided, what the hell, I might as well fit another pick up unit because the guitar wasn't what I thought it was. I fitted some lindy Fralin pick ups on a metal pick guard which I bought from 'Metalshopmusic.com'. I don't mind plugging the company because I got a great deal on ebay. The guitar sounds great and I think looks even better.
I put 'les paul' in the title because I mounted both of my Grecos on the wall with some back lights.
Any feedback, positive or negative would be most welcome!
