I owned a TSG-50. Completely forgot about that guitar. It was my first Japanese made Tokai. Was a decent guitar. Didn’t own it for very long. Wasn’t too big on the style of the guitar.

I’m surprised to see fret end binding nibs on the 60. I’m assuming these were poly finished?

I have seen other examples of 60/65 level guitars with FEB. Notably LC examples. I think John Sykes.

Lovely ! Looks like a 2 pieces body like my SG 2 . I bet it plays as nice as mine does . . As hard as I tried to bond with my LS50 , glad I have the SG2 now .
But what’s the difference between SG1 and SG2 ? The amount of body planks ?

Honduran mahogany,nitro,inlays and electronics. Older ones have one piece bodys.

Electronics can‘t be better on mine . 500k pots and real wiring , no pcb board . Anyway, I love this guitar …
