It seems that CM means Custom.
Further, the model number may be similar to normal production models, but the specs are often different, as these are "custom" orders.
Custom in this case means that the model is somehow different.
So an LS380-CM is not necessarily the same as a regular production LS380.
Same with an LS420 made after normal production of this model ended around 2015. After that they were special orders and the store placing the order probably had some choices on specs.
