It’s a 1. And still has tokai saddles and seller said not a steel block(pretty sure he said). So early 81’?

10=2A suggests an October build so I'd say back end of 81, unless the neck and body were made in 80 and assembled in early 81.

Does the “x” in body cavity mean no clear lacquer coat over finish? I thought I read that somewhere.

The “A” refers to it having a special V neck I believe.

Should have a 2 piece alder body.

Nitro finish.

And the X body code thing is still unsolved as far as I know.
