    Japanese middleman - obsoleteguitars.com

Bought a guitar on ebay from him, everything went fine. The added middleman cost of $95 might have a negative effect on your bargain. Plenty of straight up deals around without that extra cost its a buyers market at the moment after all.

    Tokai Inlays

Do Tokai not Plek and also CNC route their inlays eliminating the need for filler altogether, (round corners cant get a sharp corner with a drill bit I suppose) on newer guitars? Not a major concern for me, but sloppy inlay filler on a $$$ guitar should be a no no, although it can have a...

    And the next EGF1200

No Papal is very common on ebay.de (Germany) They seem to prefer bank transfers. I would calculate the fees into my price and offer Papal, its not worth losing the potential buyers, as much as I hate the idea of it.

Just how heavy is a Fender Twin?

Do'nt touch a twin too heavy too loud as said. (being there done that) A 2x12 will be heavy too, if you need to push air consider a head and cab. A 1X12 combo 30 watts or so is fine (with the highest quality speaker you can afford it makes a huge difference) never was a fan of 10" speakers

    Here you go

Seems to be a common problem I had a 93 FujiGen OBG with inlays falling out and some half lifting, very annoying as its not easy to fix, finding the right depth replacements, removing half lifting ones, sanding, filler etc, One for a potential buyer to be aware of and ask about. A reputable...

Fender Japan H series KR Tele - Collector/Near Mint

"five strings, three chords, two fingers and one *******" :) Very nice, love it, telecaster neck humbucker is a classic sound and the humbucker is correctly tight to the neck as Keiths Micawber (pity bout the weight)

Very nice OBG,unfortunately price is going up

Very nice, but that heel would make it a no no for me. Heres a similar OBG, very cool, but silly money surely? http://www.guitargai.com/html_folder/gai_orvilleC.html#

    Orville By Gibson Acoustic

Yeah just goes to show you, buying an acoustic unseen/played is madness I learned my lesson the hard way. Thankfully I found a mint HD-28 locally which is going to the grave with me. :D

    Orville By Gibson Acoustic

Hi, I tried a Orville by Gibson J-45 and loath to say it was disappointed, extremely well built, looked and felt like a 50's J-45. It did have nitro finish, the back and sides were laminanted. the top was supposedly solid but on very close inspection had a very very thin veneer over solid wood...

    don't buy a Fender Blues Junior .....

Hi, same amp bar the speakers/cometics. I had a tweed junior with the jensen speaker. The jenson won't break up as easily as the celestion, its kinda tighter/brighter, with well defined cleans. The celestion is probaly the more versatile all rounder. The upgraded speaker does make a big...
