Re: Bacchus Live Road Handmade Series

This isn't the one you refer to. I purchased this in 2011 as mentioned. That's correct, the serial number on mine was very close though - 101204. There used to be a Bacchus serial number decoder on the Deviser website, but it doesn't appear to be there anymore. But when I looked my guitar up, it in...

Re: "Reborn Old" Reborn

Here's another example of the 2015 Rockin' run of Reborn Olds in Dark Cherry finish. I owned it for awhile and and sold it to a good friend. It remains one of his faves. https://chi01pap002files.storage.live.com/y4mZH5-nsWpXSDCaVWgEfUp2OynRavhWSBbMqKo8Uqskzxomye_GAnyZ4THmqp6vjS-_3YGBqxf-IoCW-FtzOql7...

Re: Tokai Curveball Hall of Fame

Continuing on, next up as a 2015 LS-JW OR. I have no clue what this originally sold for or whether it's a one-off or limited run as I've never seen one like it from a recent run. My guess is that JW stands for Joe Walsh and OR stands for Old Red finish color. To further that thought, my assumption i...

Re: Tokai Curveball Hall of Fame

I own a couple of Tokais that I can find absolutely no information about. Maybe someone else here knows, but they appear to be either special orders or part of a very limited run, All of the information I'm including here is based on my personal observation and conclusions. First up is a 2018 LC-320...

Re: Sonix by Deviser LP Sp. (Momose)

Thought I would pipe in since I did win the unbranded Sonix '54 GT. I also sold Guitar Hiro the '56 GT that he has now. I can absolutely confirm that the quality, specs and feel of the '54 are almost exactly like the '56. For me, I have a strong preference for wrap tails when it comes to P90 equippe...

Re: Tokai TGS -LSS93 BB

I'm not familiar with that model at all. However, if it is like the one you linked, all mahogany body, carved top, wrap tail and P90s it is certainly an uncommon model. But I wouldn't know if only a few were made. I recently purchased a similar Tokai goldtop w/ P90s and a wraptail. It does have a ma...

Re: Tokai PR80 for sale

http://www.tokaiforum.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=22548 You might find it is Korean or Chinese made though I'm no expert in this particular model, but nothing in the pictures indicate Korean or Chinese made to me. The serial number is stamped and consistent with every other modern MIJ Tokai I've seen. ...

I changed my mind for now after spending a few hours with her over the weekend.
Always the bloody fear to let one go...
Good decision. Every time I pick mine up, I'm instantly reminded why it's on my "never sell" list.

Completely agree. My 2003 LS-320 would be the last guitar out the door if it ever came to that. Mine is also completely stock, though someone did install a pickguard at some point.

SOLD-2011 Edwards E-LP 132 LTS/RE Jimmy Page Relic w/Switch

I think most around here know this guitar. It is factory relic'd (nothing too severe), has Seymour Duncans (SH-1N in the neck; Custom in the bridge), and is wired with Edwards/ESP Super Circuit (4 push/pull pots) that gives you a total of 20 different switching combinations (see picture). Sounds gre...

That is one hot guitar. I've been obsessed with b benders since I saw Marty Stuart play his in concert a few weeks ago. Alas, I'm in the US and I'm sure shipping puts it out of reach.

I have 2 in route now. 1 has been stuck in Chicago customs for three days and one left Japan today. I'm not worried about the delay, the past 3 guitars (all in late 2016) were delayed anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. Hopefully there will be no issues, but I'm going to hold off any additional imports...
