Cool. The switch will have a three digit code on the side of it that will further confirm its age.

I purchased the 83 goldstar.

I can't see the serial number or the decal, but with the U pickups and script logo I would say September 1983 TST50 MR.

You're welcome. I think the neck should be the same as on the matching headstock ST55OW you bought last night? In 1983/84 the TST60...
