Well, I wouldn't want to mislead people, and the best thing I can do is provide pictures. The spec for a 1981 FLG is one-piece back. I have found no evidence of a seam in either the cut-away, or the bottom of the guitar. Please note that the "seam" is 2 mm wide and is not ruler straight...

I will not comment on the price etc., as it is my listing. Just wanted to say that is what an original Firebird Bicentennial looks like (only with gold hardware). I do not think Greco made them with binding etc. in the mid- to late eighties. It is an "80"-model (80'000 Yen), so not a low-end...

They are period correct Tokai Silver Star pickups.
