    LS150 made in Korea?

That's exactly what I was asking for pics of. I've heard of the MIK Limited edition 2001 models that were made to Japanese specs that are well regarded, so that's my best hope at this stage. Funny enough I paid the same price for my MIJ so again, the comparison will be interesting. If anyone is...

    LS150 made in Korea?

Unfortunately not and it's apparently already packed for the courier. He did also mention the full size pots, which is not typical of most MIK gut shots I've seen. But I still can't find anything on the net about Korean LS150 Love Rocks. The seller seems genuine enough and I did hastily hit that...

    LS150 made in Korea?

I The seller insists that they were manufactured in Korea for a period but I can't find anything to confirm this? If any of you learned folks can help me out...

    NGD EG500B

Yeah it wasn't on trademe for very long! It's in really good condition especially for it's age. I will try Udonitron's suggestion for the tone caps. In the meantime I've settled on the 50's wiring which seems to work well. The more I play it the more I like it, which is a good sign.

Cheers! I've spent a bit of time setting it up, especially with the pickups which obviously weren't that great on this particular model - no DRY Z's here! Low output (7.6 and 7.73 from memory and I generally prefer HB's around that range) but lacking a bit of clarity. After raising the...

Hi all first timer here. Just got this today - bought it online for $180NZ, or about $130US. Wasn't sure what model it was from the pics the seller uploaded ( although I guessed a eg500) but I didn't wait around before I hit the "buy it now" button! Sure enough it was a 1980 eg500 in good nick...
