Thought I'd throw this into the mix here as well. Great guitar, it's my favourite MIJ gutiar to date. Chunky neck, lacquer finish...the regular Bacchus Classic options.
I havent' seen many of these floating around the forums. Anybody else have a Classic Series Special?
Ah, so that was you! I was watching that for a few days, very nice relic job done according to the photos.
I haven't had a Vintage strat YET so I can't comment on the rest.
Well, I find that information on Bacchus guitars is a little sparce at best. Try this site for starters: http://www.japanvintageguitars.com/Bacchus.html
It will give you some of the very basics for identifying different models. Although it has yet to be updated to include the Classic Series...
MIJ LP's will have metric hardware. Here's a link that may help you out.

In the early days of ObG, they used mostly Bill Lawrence or TM490 pickups. They dropped BL's soon after and started using 57 Classic's in reissues, FM and QM models, Japanese made GOTOH's in the lower end models.
Hey Marcus. Where did you get your parts from. I'm considering doing some upgrades with my Bacchus. I'm really curious as to how much of a difference it will make to it.
