I would never buy a guitar from Japan very expensive with shipping, taxes, duty. also would never buy one without seeing it, I learned my lesson on AliExpress, I know that's the bottom of the barrel pictures can be deceiving

I don't think pup's are original to guitar it was from a collection for sale, think when they realized they were not going to get the price they wanted they swapped pup:s out for cheaper as the values on PG are not correct,. guitar was on Craigs List for a year or more

Lovely guitar, if it were mine, the first thing I would do, is get rid of the black pup covers I have one almost the same think its a 60 as it has bird's eye V neck and a nice pattern ash body its my favorite guitar.

I have quite a few MIJ guitars ( Mann, Mansfield etc.) most have multiple-piece necks one has 4 pieces I read that they are actually stronger than a one-piece look at the waste there would be making a CBS Fender headstock out of one piece.
