APG-125

Post by Siaip Ciuvas » Thu Dec 27, 2007 8:49 am

Hi,

finally found some time to take photos of my Fernandes APG-125 (?). To be honest I have bought it on eBay in Germany just as a bargain (350?), but it turned out to be my main gig guitar - well built, 24 frets, genius free floating tremolo, quite good humbs (recently upgraded by Seymours SH4b - SH2n combo)... The model name was told to me by the seller, but can anyone help me to know more on this guitar? the only refference I could found on this guitar on the internet was this excerpt from the Blue Book of Electric Guitars:
http://books.google.com/books?id=ERpMwa ... #PPA395,M1

the seller told it was made in Japan - how much truth can possibly be in this statement (well, on the hardware side I have founded Japan on the tremolo block, and all wiring is with Hitachi on it ;) but nothing else, ah, and Grover tuners)?

here are the photos:

Any guidance from forum gurus would be welcome!
