First, I'd like to say hello.

I purchased a Les Paul copy from a guy I work with, and I'm absolutely lost on it's Manufacturer, Model, Year etc.....

What I can tell you is limited to it's color, it's accesories...

Color : Deep wine red w/ cream colored binding.
Hardware : Chrome volume/pitch knobs, chrome tailpiece, chrome bridge, and chrome tuning machines. Black pickguard.
P/U's : Black EMG (not sure of the model of these either)
Body : Solid body mahogany
Neck/Fretboard : Bolt on, Rosewood w/ abalone inlays

The greatest mystery of all though, there is only a single inlayed abalone "W" at the top of the guitar. I immediately thought, hmmm, must be a Washburn....but nope, found out it isn't.

I've been all over my state, visiting Guitar Centers, and pawn shops, and no one even can begin to tell me what it is.

If anyone here can help me with suggestions, I'd much appreciate it.
I'll get around to posting some high res pictures of the guitar. That might help!!

Hi, and welcome! I've heard about Williams guitars, among them Les Paul models but I've never seen one. But I do know they exist. Otherwise, is the W upright or on it's side? It might be the sigma sign and in that case it could be a japanese made Sigma LP (Sigma by Martin).
