HELP! Mystery Guitar

Post by yubsesperat » Wed Apr 24, 2019 10:34 pm

i was trying to figure out what this UN-DECALED guitar is and the closest clue i found was the pickups and the entire electronic assembly, which looks exactly like what you would find in Tokai Silver Stars, except that the guitar doesnt have a large headstock and has a singly-ply pickguard with 8 holes ala 57 guard. Ive been told that the saddles have been switched to bent saddles.

last photos are what i found online

It's a B'itsocaster', not necessarily a bad guitar, just not 'valuable'.
The give-away for me is the string tree. I've only ever seen that type on late '80 Fender/Squier guitars when they weren't producing in the US, because of the buyout.
Obviously, the 'yintage '60s' style neck, '50s style scratchplate etc etc. backs that theory.
