It's fair to say that Gibson's recent technical innovations have been a mixed bag at best. One thing they absolutely nailed (IMO) is the new speed knob design with the knurled edges.

Looks-wise they are an acquired taste, and the black ones look a lot like the wheels from a Lego tractor, but I've had an amber set on my Love Rock for less than a week and I don't know how I ever lived without them! They really do what they say on the tin and feel grippy & precise.

Officially Gibson only make them in gold and black, and they won't fit standard Tokai pots. Luckily the design has been copied and can be bought cheap in many different colours on ebay and elsewhere. These are the ones I bought:

Those ones are designed for CTS pots, and the ones for standard MIJ pots are about half the price. These should work:
