Was looking for another telecaster after i sold the te-150,
which i regretted after a few days
Saw this recently, made an offer, went to pick it up.
First owner, bought in 85. Prefered his strat so this sat almost all it's life in it's case ( tweed case, pink interior, no tokai logo but i think it's an original tokai case).
I have owned a fender pink paisley reissue in the past, but this is imo a far better replica of the 68 pp's.

Maple cap like the originals, neck profile is what i would call a big C neck.

Hi Duff,
congrats on the new Tele ( Breezy)
I remember when these were first released in 1985 . .they were awesome.
Official designation is TTE-70PR or ATE-67PZ(US). US models had altered headstock.
Alder body with paisley overlay, maple laminated fingerboard (as per 1967 Fender), TE-Vintage MkII pups, 3-way bridge, these really are a fantastic guitar.
