Those were brought here to Spain back in mid 90?s by SADEPRA,just notice how they are calle R and a number,R5,R6 and 7=telecaster, R8-9= stratocaster where R=Reissue. Very very nice guitars! Some have better specs than others (alder vs basswood,nitro-poly and 50?s-60?s 70?s replicated years)

Good catch Iain.

Jacco, I guess there were R4 models under Fernandes brand and logo(not Burny as usual in Les PAULS-335S replicas) for sale here in Europe, I would have to check my old notes. I do for a fact there were japanese Burny RLG, RLC, RSA and RFV in early 2000?s. I saw a RFV myself in front of me.

My "Burgundy" Mist strat is a Fernandes R-8 "The Revival". It was made around '89-'91? jacco told me the pots were dated 1989 and the serial number around 1991.
