Tokai Effect Pedals

I am looking for a Tokai Overdrive pedal and a Tokai Exciter Pedal and a Tokai Delay Pedal.If anyone has any of these they can sell please let me know.

I thought i saw an exciter on ebay a few days ago. That has been the only place i've come across them. I've come across a couple in my travels in the past but they want an outrageous price for them.

They seem to go for next to nothing on ebay, and I've seen a few in classified ads here in the UK for reasonable prices.

What does an 'exciter' do?
