Good trader list

Post by stratman323 » Tue Oct 20, 2009 5:22 am

Has the Good Trader List vanished from the forum? :o Or was it called something else, which is why I can't find it? Or am I just being particularly thick today?

:-?

it was recently deleted immediately after a former/booted member went on a major rant there ..........

I can only guess that it was easier to delete than it would have been to clean it up

I asked Ned if we could get the good info back but I never heard from him on the matter ................

EDIT: let me just say that was not the only thread deleted because of the situation.
that's one of the reasons why we as members should keep cooler heads; it's good for data retention

That's a real loss to the forum - that was our equivalent of eBay feedback. To delete the whole lot seems like an extreme over-reaction as all those records have been lost.

Bad decision IMHO, if all that needed to be done was delete a post or two. We know that can be done as it's been done several times in the past.

An official comment on this would be welcome though. Also, where do we go from here?

Seems like you could start a feedback/trader thread and have Ned pin it at the top.

I think they're a great help. :D
