Hi
I?like to know a littel more about the Greco mint collection EG58/59 ... model number (quality) it?s looks like ther are many different.
Also the Super Real EGF ....

How high in the Greco model number must I go to beat an Tokai LS 120 (82)
Hope you can help my to be less confused in the looking for the perfect LP

just to clear up some confusion....the mint collection catalogue numbers are EG59-50/65.70/85/100/120/150/160/180

the stickers you some times see on the back of these read 650/850/1000/1200/1500/1800

this is because greco had lots of old stickers left over from previous series, when the model numbers had an extra 0 on them ..so a mint coll with a 650 sticker is actually an EG59-65 even though the sticker says 650

re the tokai 120 equal..you would need a EG59-150 or higher for the one piece back and nitro finish and fret binding...or a EG-59-120 if the fret binding is not necessary..

Hi
Thanks again villager

How can I make the ID that is an EG59-...

Do the EG58-... have same catalogue numbers ?? what about the spec between the EG58-... and the EG59-... :-?

EG58 were very rare and unusual, I only ever saw 1 guitar advertised as a 58 for sale ...EG58-120 with dry PU...next year it was EG59-120 so no way of differentiating
