Tokai never so much stepped out of the classic models LP, SG Es 335...

I just get curious, wich models would you like to see in the tokai catalogue or like to buy if they made limited runs?

None of them! I'd go for a lovely Jazzmaster with block inlays in sunburst :)
I voted for a LP Jr, but this'd be really nice too!

I'd love to see a LP Jr (Spcl?) double cut w/ P-90's

or a fat Jazz box w/ 2 P-90's (rockabilly-esque!)

I play bass as well as guitar, I would like to see them do a Rickenbacker 4001 bass! I would buy one!

Would love the same guitars they make now

but with new possibilities ----

3 pup configs

Active Pickups

Tapped pickups

Locking Tuners

etc
etc

There's a project of making a (japanese) tokai SG junior in a limited run. For those interested--> pm.
Might be 2 colors available , white and cherry. No prices defined yet.

I think a '62-style SG Junior would be really cool!

Of course I'd love it more if Tokai decided to do a '57 single cut Junior...

Of course, this one would be really cool but there's a ?piphone lacquer limited available at the moment!

I'm afraid I'm snobby enough that I don't think I could buy an Epi that wasn't made in the States in the 60's. :)

It would be really cool if you could special order a nitro-finished, 1 piece bodied Junior from Tokai. I'd take that over a Gibson Historic if it were possible.
