Are reissue strat Tokai's routed identical to their respective fender strat year? My Tokai '56 reissue appear identical to the dimensions of my 1999 Fender Custom Shop Relic '57 strat externally, but Tokai feels drastically lighter, have lots more sustain, and have a very soulful sound with extremely rich harmonics. Do Tokai's route alot of wood under the pickguard, or have cambers? Or is it just that Tokais used better, lighter tonewoods (alder)that current fender stuff? Mine Tokai easily blows the fender away, hands down, through a boogie or a twin! Viva Los Tokai!!!
