I was tryin' to find my way home
But all I heard was a drone
Bouncing off a satellite
Crushin' the last lone American night
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?

This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?

I was spinnin' 'round a dead dial
Just another lost number in a file
Dancin' down a dark hole
Just searchin' for a world with some soul

This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
Is there anybody alive out there?

I just want to hear some rhythm
I just want to hear some rhythm
I just want to hear some rhythm
I just want to hear some rhythm

I want a thousand guitars
I want pounding drums
I want a million different voices speaking in tongues

This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
Is there anybody alive out there?

I was driving through the misty rain
Searchin' for a mystery train
Boppin' through the wild blue
Tryin' to make a connection to you

This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
This is radio nowhere, is there anybody alive out there?
Is there anybody alive out there?

I just want to feel some rhythm
I just want to feel some rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm
I just want to feel your rhythm

You and me we were the pretenders
We let it all slip away
In the end what you don't surrender
Well the world just strips away

Girl, ain't no kindness in the face of strangers
Ain't gonna find no miracles here
Well you can wait on your blesses my darlin '
But I got a deal for you right here

I ain't lookin' for praise or pity
I ain't comin' 'round searchin ' for a crutch
I just want someone to talk to
And a little of that Human Touch
Just a little of that Human Touch

Ain't no mercy on the streets of this town
Ain't no bread from heavenly skies
Ain't nobody drawin ' wine from this blood
It's just you and me tonight

Tell me, in a world without pity
Do you think what I'm askin's too much
I just want something to hold on to
And a little of that Human Touch
Just a little of that Human Touch

Oh girl that feeling of safety you prize
Well it comes at a hard hard price
You can't shut off the risk and the pain
Without losin ' the love that remains
We're all riders on this train

So you've been broken and you've been hurt
Show me somebody who ain't
Yeah, I know I ain't nobody's bargain
But, hell, a little touchup
And a little paint

You might need somethin' to hold on to
When all the answers, they don't amount to much
Somebody that you could just to talk to
And a little of that Human Touch

Baby, in a world without pity
Do you think what I'm askin's too much
I just want to feel you in my arms
Share a little of that Human Touch
Feel a little of that Human Touch
Give me a little of that Human Touch

Original version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kIiIUPjItxE

Done by a band (Billy Satellite) from my hometown of Alameda, CA (SF Bay Area). Drummer Tommy Falletti and guitar player Danny Chauncey are high school friends of mine. Danny went on to play lead guitar with 38 Special for many years and he recently retired. Eddie (also from the Bay Area) loved the song and did a nice job on it

Amazing guitar solo here...guess it has blown away the zipper of his trousers 😂 dancing people are also worth to be seen...

of all the times I have had the honor to see EJ play live he still does Jimi better than anyone else I can recall except Jimi; what a treat 8)

I was at Antone's in Austin many years ago, and Eric & band took a break right before midnight. After the break the first song they played was 'May This Be Love.' It was sublime & it was also a great birthday present (it was my birthday at 12 AM :) ) that I didn't expect.

No one does a song like Joe Walsh. This one will put a smile on your face.... the video screen behind him is priceless.

Teenage Jail - the Eagles

Forgot about this one....Love the dark nature of this song and the lyrics of teenage angst. Great synth solo by Glenn Frey and killer guitar solo outro by Don Felder

I had the good fortune to see Greg Koch & J.D. Simo play a gig just a few years ago & HOLY COW Batman, it was amazing

If you have never seen Greg, or J.D. play live, you owe it to yourself to go see them.

Here is an interesting one from J.D. 8)

Enjoy!
