Help needed to identify a Burny LPC

Hi all,

There's this Burny Les Paul Custom not that far from my place that I'm interested in. I would greatly appreciate some input from you guys before I decide to drive to the seller's location.

This is the information I got from the owner:
-no serial number or model name anywhere, incl. neck pickup cavity
-VH1 pickups with black wires
-top is 2-pieces of maple with slight birdseye figuring

What bothers me:
-how the diamond logo almost overlaps with the B tuner
-how the 3rd fret inlay is tilted, though maybe that is common among older MIJ guitars
-how the top carve looks extremely shallow, even for a Norlin inspired guitar

That's an oldie Burny with the split diamond and no serial. Any shots of the pots ?? you can sometimes date them by the pot codes. Ive got a Greco and the split diamond is ever so close to the B and A strings.
 
Thanks. I'll try to get a couple shots of those.
So that diamond overlap is nothing to worry about? I've never seen anything like it on the countless Burny headstocks I've seen so far.
