i am looking for a tuner that will display Hz

standard pitch is 440Hz and for ac/dc some songs are 428 Hz or thereabouts

so i am looking for a tuner that either the Hz for pitch is variable or one that displays the Hz reading

Dunno what type of phone you have but there's plenty of decent tuners for free on the Android store and probably Apple store too. I use one called pitchlab lite that's fine for me, displays Hz etc

They'll be loads of others as well as that one but that does allow you to set the A4 reference frequency yourself
