well actually it does: FG03 on serial number means It's been made in China in 2003.

In the description he writes:

"P.S.People have E-mailed me saying,my guitar was not made in Japan,but China....That's possible;I bought it 3 years ago,off e-Bay from a guy in Japan!!!"

I personally am not going to report him because of this...
