I recently purchased what I belive to be an early 80s Burny LP, (no script on the headstock). The pickups had the covers removed. The bobbins are black, the base plates are grey metal colored with grey hook up wire like a VH1, but they are very hot measuring about 15k on my ohm meter. These are not replacement PUs as there is no sign of replacement.

Does anyone know what model PUs these may be?

Possibly early 90's with those pickups and no script on the headstock. I got onr from 94' like that.

No script on the headstock it's also '80. Depends on the truss rod cover.

Hi, Leonardo, Your right about 1980. His pickups are late 80 early 90's though. wax potted with the gray wire. Just like mine. Mine a 94' with no script and the similar pickups, except mine were about 8.4k, I believe.
