What is this guitar?

I cannot find any info. Anyone out there have info?

It was first Tokai electric guitar attemp and was born about 1.966/67 or so.
It's a Mosrite copy guitar.By that time The Ventures were a very famous group in Japan(in fact they did not get so high success in USA...).They were USA response to UK Shadows group.If you check old 60's japanese guitars you'll see a lot of Mosrite style guitar copies from japanese companys.In that time Yamaha was the most quality guitars made besides Aria(Arai).
There were classical guitars replicas with an iron(like 175's jazz boxes) bridge.
I'm curious about getting a Hummingbird from Tokai but prices have scalating for these too.

I found one sold cheap as chips but I did not go for it as I basically did not like the looks of it.
