i'm looking at an 82 ls120...very nice wide flame top,,darker burst. what are the chances it is a solid top?
i only know 3 chords?
but i know them very, very well.

I am not sure what you mean lasher, do you mean top is bare, that is flame you see is one piece wood, or like quilted top, thin layer sticked on the top and solid part underneath? If so, your LS120 is like quilt, very rare to see unquilt for 82, 120. But if you are talking 150 or 200, it is different story though

i mean,,,it is a flame top ls120. it the top portion of maple one board or is maple with a thin piece of figured maple glued on the top? like the new ones are. is it a veneered top,,is what i'm asking.
magnifying glass? he's already complaining i'm a slave driver.
