I posted this on Reddit recently, but I was hoping maybe someone here would have more info. I've had this guitar since 1993 or -94. It has no numbers or markings anywhere except "Tokai" on the headstock. I haven't seen any others like it online except in the 1982 Tokai catalog where Ian Hunter is holding what I believe is this guitar. I'm curious as to what model this might be.

Thanks.

I would contact Tokai Gakki, as it could be a late 60's early 70's attempt at electric or a small batch sample for another name company.

Looks like the guitar in the catalog, to me. It says in the catalog that Hunter selected it from the Tokai export models.

I'm not seeing a serial number.

Some features do seem very Yamaha (strap button placement & thru neck like SG2000) like someone else said, or Fujigen (Ibanez/Greco).
