Hello folks,

I do not come to this forum often, but today I would like to draw your
attention to my idea.

I live in Tokyo and have been a great fan of Tokai guitars. Luckily I
have got an invistaion card from Tokai to celebrate their 60th year
anniversary on September 22nd. It is not a big event, but a home-made
party by gathering at a small place near the factory. Five bands within
Tokai factory will play some songs, so this event is 50% for people
from outside and 50% for employees to celebrate the anniversary.

Now, I would like to have your messages on this board to join me to
celebrate it together. I will print your messages on a neat paper and
bring it to the party to inform them of incredible support and passion
from you guys outside Japan.

I would really appreciate it if you can write your messages down below.

I am sorry for such a sudden request from one stranger who has
not participated in this forum so actively.

:D

Thank you for quickand heart-warming post. Just one general note.
I will add some translation besides messages for Tokai, so there is
no problem to use English. Of course, Japanese is great, too.

Thanks in advance.

Greetings from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. I own a Goldstar Sound, a Springy Sound and a Love Rock and they're all exceptional guitars. A big thank you to the Tokai company and its employees for all the great instruments you've made over the years and I hope you're around for another 60 years. Happy Anniversary!

I always loved guitars since I was a boy. When I got older and when I could afford it I started to buy and collect Gibsons and Fenders.

Then Gottfried graciously gave the body and the neck of an '84 TE50 to me.

Love turned into passion.

Love fades out at some point, passion doesn't.

All the best from Austria!

Stumbled across TOKAI when I was searching for a Les Paul Std

Did a bit of research, bought a TOKAI , STUNNING in craftsmanship, feel, playability & sound, have A?B tested it against Gibsons

...And big thank you for not forgeting us left handed players!

Class act. You more than deserve a party. Vintage champagne for every employee.

Erm, the frets on my Midnight Blue '83 Springy are a little worn now, is that still covered by the warranty?

:D

Happy Anniversary! I bought my first Tokai in 1984 (Love Rock - still have it!) and I'll keep on playing Tokai's forever. Keep up the good work!

Greetings from
Mike, Sweden

Tokai,

Thank You for your dedication to the art of guitar making.

Happy 60th Anniversary.

Scott in the USA.

My LS 85Q is the best thing that happened to me in guitar country. I sold my Gibson Les Paul Studio for it. The LS 85Q plays itself, it has rich open tone, it sings, cuts and screams, it?s a pure tone machine. It can be sweet and it can be a beast. Very versatile a beautifully built. Thanks for building the best guitar I ever owned.

Herbert

Hope not being late.

私は七年前に本でTokaiギターを発見しました。その時から私の
Tokaiギターの興味がだんだん殖えてきました。私は最初にAST-56とLove Rock LS-70
