Help with headstocks

Hi guys, this may seem like sacrilege or just pointless to many of you, but i'd just like to know the best way of removing love rock headstock decals...i'm thinking of getting a love rock and 'gibson-ifying' it. what do you recommend?

Depends on what your going to be applying to it? Are you gonna go the new sticker way or the real inlay way? Are you using one of those Gibson inlays from Germany?

They aren't decals. The word "Tokai" is inlaid into the wood using mother-of pearl (...or mother-of-toilet-seat, depending on model & year)

...and the "Love Rock model" is silk-screened on with gold-leaf paint.
