My son wants a SG but hes only young!
What adv have you got for me & how much can I exp to pay for a decent Tokai Sg copy.
This would be his second guitar after a crappy CASINO

I don't mind paying for a good guitar as I've learned the hard way, crappy guitar, bad playing, not enjoing practicing etc etc well I think most of us have been there

Many thanks for your input

For me the best part of the SG are the light weight and extremely easy access to the upper frets.

Not sure what they go for in Oz.

Hi!
Get the 75! I got two of them, and they?re in the same level (or even higher) than my standard or 61 RI! Very good Guitars!
good on ya, "ACY"

Even the korean ones are good! I tried one yesterday and nearly had it. ( The Wife was with me!)

I did pull the trigger on an Epiphone G310 Vintage white as he absolutely loved the look of it, ( I figured if he likes the look and feel of it, he's going to practice) Poor kid no other x-mas presents but he's OK with that

I've had a good go at it & it's a great guitar for the price for a 12 year old, much better than the strat looking , Casino crap he is playing at the moment.
Really bright but true SG sounding, strings 09's i belive, soft as. LOL good for him!!

Setup was OK but needed a bit of fine tuning as far as intonation, NO FRET BUZZ

Got a AUS$130 discount on it wich brought it down to AUS$350 NEW
