Help with serial number

I've recently bought a Tokai Love Rock but I'm not sure as to where it was made and when.
From my experience with other guitars I'm guessing it was made in China in 2008.
Any help with dating, etc., would be much appreciated.
The serial number is CH 08081966 and is printed on the back of the headstock in gold ink.

Thanks for the reply. I had a few Tokai guitars many years ago. Probably Japanese or Korean.
I now have several Squier Strat/Teles made in China and I'm generally very pleased with the quality.
Can I expect my Tokai to be of reasonably good quality? Were they made in one, or many different
factories?
Is there a good source of information anywhere on the web?
