Anyone tried the Love Rock II double cutaway guitars??

There's one for sale near me for a reasonable price.
It's MIJ, blue quilt top , coil taps and is all original.
I've only ever played the single cutaway love rocks so I wondered what people thought of them.

they are mostly high spec guitars and should be very good but only your ears can tell if it suits you

I'm a fan (as you can tell from the above thread). I have a nice blue quilt doublecut and a normal LP style single cut.

I prefer the DC. The overall quality in terms of build/setup/feel of individual guitars will differ of course - but overall I prefer the broader range of tones from the split coils, and the lighter weight, and also happen to think the ES339 type shape of the body more attractive. (I am biased though

)
