I'm no expert on Tokai's, but this looks to me to have been done "outside" the factory!

Yes, Chuck, it is a rare Tokai Jeff Beck model. Go for it.
I do have the same, made in 2006

Gottfried, I surprised that by the sellers discription that you can see the original mounting holes for the stop tailpiece.
They must have converted guitars that were already planned to be regular production guitars.
Do you have any other info about this model that you can share with us?

How many were made?

Does this one look all original from the pics?

Was this a dealers request or a factory decision?

I don't know if the price is too high or not, but it's a little too rich for my budget.
