Tokai Headstock

Anyone seen a tokai with this type of headstock ??

thanks togps. I was just wondering if it was the early eighties like he claims would Tokai have bothered to change the headstock for the U.S. ??? The headstock kind of makes me think of a Yamaha.

Beautiful springy by the way. Of course i'm partial to green.

after the "lawsuits" the japanese guitar makers changed many of their headstock shapes for the US market to keep gibson and fender off their backs, the guitars for the other world markets still kept their original shapes.
