Help with serial number?

I'm being offered an SG (traditional series I think?) in a trade with the serial number C083705. I've heard good things about Tokais and wanted to see if this one's legit, but everything I'm reading says it should be 7 digits (though I've seen some with 8), and if it's a MIC they seem to start with a CH or a CN. Is this a fake?

Pickups and tuners have been changed (for the pics).
