Anyone know anything about these, and what the "Neo-Select" means? I am looking at one of these and an LS-390 but both are in Japan and I am far, far from there. Thanks in advance!

It's a Tokai body by the markings, not sure on the neck.

Seventy Seven guitars makes ES types called "Exrubato" that have very chunky necks. Not Tokai, and not cheap, but that same super high Japanese quality we all love so much.

New forum servers, Ned is aware and working on the issue. I've seen it myself. It likely has to do with the way the database keeps track of the thread titles; if it assigns numbers to the threads and relates to them that way it may appear to the database that the 'new' number is already in use...

Did you order the 160 neck, or the 160 fretboard/inlays? My understanding is that the 138 has a '58 Gibson carve and the 16x guitars are more of the slim 60's profile?
