[RLC-60] New old Burny owner / (kind of) dating thread

Homer, congrats with your new Burny! You did a lot of investigating work mate. You could have made it easier on yourself by just posting pics :-) Based on the information you have given and the one pic, your LP looks like a 1985-1986 Mats made RLC-60. Could you post pics of the control cavity...

    80s Breezy?

Looks beautiful! To get back to your original question; it has april 1987 pots, so 1987 it is.

Those knobs are not original Marcus, I changed pots, pickups and tuners too. Can't remember what knobs she had originally.

Are they even a set? Neck pickup has golden pickup screws, bridge pickup metal.

    Anyone have a DigitalAudioWorkstation?

That's a really open question. What is your goal? Which instruments do you want to record? Do you have a dedicated room for recording and/or mixing?

ST 50 from Yahoo Japan - work required - Springy

This april stamped ST got a 7xxx serial number while LS production ends around 6400 in 1979 with november stamped guitars. I think LS parts were not stored first & assembled later before given serial numbers like ST models were. ST models had a different productionn scheme than LSs.

Yes and no. Sulphite is a product of the fermentation process. So every wine has a small quantity. But it is also added by the producer as a preservative. The amount every producer adds is different and the reason some wines give more reaction than others.

Well, I do know why that happens, it's part of my professional expertise. Wine has lots of histamine in it because of the fermentation proces and it also contains sulphite. Both can cause allergic reactions, like sneezing. Do you have hay fever allergy?

I've travelled to Scotland about 20 times and have been a fanatic whisky collector in the past. I have shifted a bit towards wine lately but still got 85 different Scottish single malts atm. Although I really like Speyside, both scenery and whisky, I love westcoast and especially Islay whisky...

Last time I visited Scotland I had great weather, that was west coast though. Talisker distillery was closed for a few months because of lack of rain :D Where will you be moving to?
