got a 1978 rockinger single piece mahogany body, nitro. however, neck is for HB. takes an MIJ neck close fit. US would be .5mm gap. currently tokai HB from a 1979 RB old installed at neck. bridge is h?ussel. bridge is mighty-mite solid brass. pls email.

hm... that's a fake in my books. - neither alder nor ash body - Tokai only did HB routings on the super strats - wood matching simply isnt Tokai, way too crude - the routing at the side is just ridicolously bad - not a single wire even fits MIJ - neck isn't maple; or very, VERY fast growing...

2 pieces were perfectly norma for the time. Actually a 2-piece Goldstar is a very good one. You'd only find single piece on ST80 and up (Springy). However, the wiring is not original. The pots are. I am not sure about the pups. cheers, rup

hi john, yes, that's what we know. however, she is an LS80 from 1979 and she has got a 2-piece back. fairly difficult for me to change that. ls100s were only introduced in 1980 imho. i had 2 of them, both single piece. but both already labeled 'reborn' only. frankly: that's the oldest tokai LS...
