Has anybody successfully removed the black made in japan lettering at the back of the headstock without damaging the lacquer below? It looks sloppy and is crooked so it has got to go. It's printed on top of the finish so it should be possible. Any Ideas?

What's the deal with the headstock shapes on Tokai guitars? I always thought that Fender and Gibson have a worldwide copyright on them. Why is it possible for Tokai to get away with this? Just curious ...
