While awaiting Peter Mac to chime in with the definitive answer, I'd guess this is likely a 1981 ST-60 I agree 99% with what Chrisheyes says, but should point out that my 1980 ST-60 Springy (0010550) has "TOKAI" stamped saddles AND a steel block. With luck, this may have a steel block too...

They aren't decals. The word "Tokai" is inlaid into the wood using mother-of pearl (...or mother-of-toilet-seat, depending on model & year) :o ...and the "Love Rock model" is silk-screened on with gold-leaf paint.
